Free mp4 video editor (VideoPad)

Had a flip video mp4 to cut out unwanted stuff, so did some web searching.

VideoPad was pretty straight forward to use - allowed me to cut out the sections of video and created a compress avi file which uploaded easily to YouTube.

As far as I can tell the basic version is free (though you can always upgrade and buy the pro version) and doesn't add extra stuff to the video.
